Everything is Energy

Everything in the universe is energy and we can sense it using our innate abilities that include; clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance and claircognizance.

• Clairsentience: this is clear feeling, a second chakra ability. This is not the heart chakra type of feeling which is more about how you feel in relation to something or someone. Clairsentience is what energy you are feeling. For example just walking into a grocery store, you feel a particular vibe.

• Clairaudience: this is clear hearing, a fifth chakra ability. This has to do with hearing energy vibrating and also hearing out of body beings such as your spirit guides.

• Clairvoyance: this is clear seeing, a sixth chakra ability. When you turn on this ability you begin to see colors, symbols and mental image pictures. This is one way that we as spiritual beings communicate. There is power in being able to differentiate your energy from others, so that you have certainty about who you are and your truth as spirit.

• Claircognizance: this is clear knowing, a crown chakra ability. Have you ever had an answer come to you, but you had no idea where it came from? This is your knowingness. The trick with this ability is to not only listen to it, but trust it so you can act on it. Having certainty in spirit allows you to operate more on your higher intuition. When you are "connected" to your higher self and follow your intuition - you tend to be happy.

We all have these abilities and have different experiences with them. The more you develop these abilities, the more you will get familiar with what your energy is and is not. There is a lot of freedom and power in knowing what your energy is, so no matter what comes your way, you can stand in your truth.
